Drupal post crash in Chrome

Google Chrome users of some of the Drupal sites I designed have been having difficulty posting.  It took me some time to track down a solution, but it appears in this thread.  Seems that all you have to do is open a new tab and try the post again.

Hope this helps someone else as well!

FCC to force line sharing?

Regulators may drop broadband line-sharing bombshell.

I’m not sure how this might jibe with the Brand X decision, but this could be a big win for creating competition in the broadband industry. Hopefully it will help to lower prices, drive network expansion, and ensure neutrality. …but maybe that’s hoping for too much.

Apple Banning iPhone Hackers from iTunes? | TiPb.

It appears as though Apple may be blocking known jailbreakers from iTunes. Considering the potential for piracy, this makes a bit of sense on Apple’s part, but seems a little heavy handed. I suppose if you want to tinker with a device, you should be ready for services to break.

Google yanks music blogs

Google shuts down music blogs without warning | Music | guardian.co.uk

This article shows how haphazard the notice/takedown process can be. Often nobody knows who has cleared permission, and bloggers cannot tell which posts are said to be offending.

I guess Google is only interested in hosting your speech if it’s in text?
